i am trying to learn how to put texture into paintings. this one has torn strips of newspaper under the oil paint. there are so many fun things to play with in my studio...maybe i should stay in there all day!

I Like to add texture to my paintings , too. Have you ever tried encaustic paints? you can embed lots of stuff in it.
