typography and stitch

my cultural stitch assignment on language is evolving more into an experiment on typography. here i have stitched onto a magazine page from vogue - kind of a play on the more conventional typeface of a table of contents. and then, of course, i had to take a pix of the back side of the stitching. looks like it fits in pretty well with the adidas advertisement.

I loved the stitching on the Adidas advertisement. I'd be interested in knowing more about what you're studying -- it looks fascinating. And how splendid to encounter someone else who appreciates Mary Bero!

I love seeing your unique approach to these assignments.

I love your work. It's cool that there's a little subculture of embroiderers who are making crazy art.
