collage face

here is what i do when i am supposed to be doing something else - i play with scissors and glue and colorful paper. not a bad way to procrastinate.

i like having my sketchbooks covered with fun stuff. so here are three sketchbooks - all ready to be used for drawing or glueing or thinking out loud.

many of my collage ideas, originated from a workshop with anne marie grgich. great stuff!

these are marvelous. I see them and think how marvelous they'd be framed and hung together on the wall... but since these are sketchbooks, maybe put on those narrow display shelves?

Hey -- cool blog! I love your work. It really has a sort of "outsider" vibe. Since you have the American Visionary Museum on here I know you won't be offended by that but will take it as the sincere compliment I intended it to be. I'm especially crazy about your stitched text messages and I also loved the painted faces. And your cartoons. It's all good! Do you want to go to lunch?
